Hybrid Scheme

The Hybrid scheme assumed a subdivision of the site so there were two separate developments

  • Section 1 on the Northern side comprised 9 simple one storey villas with a loft which could be prefabricated off site which was on a residential zoned site;
  • Section 2 on the Southern side comprised 12 more conventional medium density units with universal design standards applied which were SEPP Seniors Living housing.
