The residential scheme assumed that the site was subdivided from the council land and rezoned to a residential zoning. This scheme allowed a far lower density then the other schemes. It provided for 14 units of accommodation in total in two sections.
- Section 1 6 units in detached or semi-detached simple housing.
- Section 2 8 units in medium density housing.
