This development included a two dwellings, a primary and secondary dwelling on an suburban site at South Golden Beach NSW.

  • The main dwelling was two stories and around 120sqm in size plus a generous verandah and a lock up garage.
  • The secondary dwelling was around 45sqm.

The major objectives of the development were to:

  • Good solar passive design;
  • Good privacy separation of the dwellings;
  • Maximise the views up and down the canal of both bush and water; and
  • Maximise the rental income of the site.
